Seduction 1
By Paul B
I was seduced by the tranquility of a summer's nightThe gentle breeze and swaying of trees. The soft caress of moonlight.Like a woman's hand playing on your skinA delicate touch loved so much.Music dancing through you and within.A silence so loud that I couldn't hearIsolated and segregated.Deaf to the pleas of other souls so nearSeduced I was by that gentle pauseTaken and bespokenTied to the banner of its causeNever to wake accept in that dreamA twilight of infinite flightOn the edge of the real. Gliding the seamI'm not happy with the last line of the 4th verse. Any suggestions ? Written November 26th, 2001 © on Nov 26 2001 07:23 AM PST 0 • 8
