A Rose is Black
By poet0angel
Looking upon a garden of red roses,a black rose stood out.The fierce breeze that blewthrough the garden stirred them about. The thorns on the roses are like words people have spoke.Words with hateful meaningsthat continue to poke.Bleeding cuts on you're face signifythe tragedy's you've been through. The world can be a cruel place, and always turn you blue.As the black petals took lift from the air,I looked up and said life just isn't fair.I continued to watch the garden sway, and then I thought to myself, what if I don't wke up the next day.Would anyone care?Or would I be forgottenand lay at rest in the ground. My life as to many others,is nowhere but bound.
