* Diamonds *
True, diamonds are forever, the way a marriage is to be; When you slip the ring on her finger, it should remain, all eternity. A diamond is a most precious gem, wonderful jewel of great value, to hold, protect and maintain, makes pure pleasure come true. A diamond shall not be tainted over- because it sparkles through the years. Such a treasure needs much caring for, lest its gleaming glamour disappears. There are many things like a diamond- good friends would come to mind. Try searching high throughout the land, but like a diamond, not easy to find. No one rejects the hand of a friend, if the gesture's offered in sincerity, genuine concern and true, deep feeling, like diamonds shine in crystal clarity. The good friend always remains the same- Jesus: yesterday, today and tomorrow. I desire to be much more like this man, one step at a time, higher I climb, till the world sees it all fit to follow. ***** Poetic Fanatic ***** Thomas F.
