(*Jacob's Ladder Was Jesus Christ*) ~Ladder From Heaven~ He lowered a great ladder from Heaven, His own Son, the gift He had brung. All that He asks for is any effort, each of us climbing, rung by rung. ############################## Whenever you reach your hand to start, God will smile, you'll feel love glow. He'll transform the reins of your heart, in maturity of his spirit, you'll grow. ############################## He lowered his great ladder from Heaven, piercing big clouds of doubt and despair. He desires to see what we will give Him- Shall we go on our way like we don't care? ############################## No need to worry if you might slip, He'll catch you by graces of his hand. Contend towards this one way trip, more, by and by, you will understand. ############################## He lowered his great ladder from Heaven. He's waiting for us to begin our quest. He knows how simple is of our existence and He offers what He knows is best. ############################## When this golden ladder was extended, God showed how dear we were in his book. He waits patiently before life has ended, be wise and try giving, one more look. ############################## He lowered his great ladder from Heaven. There is no other way we can reach Him.
