Looking For A Treasure?
Looking For A Treasure? Do you desire to have riches? Are you certain you are poor? Then please read into this... for a poem, it will be more. So, you think you have nothing, well, I'd beg with you to differ- For I will show you great things, you shall see and you will concur. Would you sell someone your eyes, if one million dollars was made? We take for granted such a prize, because the cost, we never paid. To hear great music and laughter, is truly a priceless commodity. Is there a debt for this attribute, a gem given to most of us freely? To walk on two legs is blessed, so hard, another way to get around. Think of your hands, how precious. Notice more treasures I've found; Your mind is all you've got going, to better the living for yourself. Nurture it, learn and keep growing for your pursuance to more wealth; The heart is a diamond from the start, but we must maintain and keep pure. Their may be times, it breaks apart, yet the stronger spirit will endure. The heavens open daily, new beauty, do you just turn off and walk away? Why take for granted, such serenity? Someone made for us, it all to stay. So, are you still feeling desolate? Then try this thought on for size, true sacrificial friendship, I bet... would light a fire for your eyes. Love, Oh love... gets an awful rap. What to do when you see it come, trample a tender heart like it's crap or open your bosom to take it home? This page is short, but you've got more, greatly sacred treasures, all your own. Maybe you've looked and looked before, but friend... you've had them all along. ***** Poetic Fanatic ***** Thomas F.
