*Question For The Hero*
*Question For The Hero* Why do you bravely risk your life, to save a stranger's like mine? We've never even met once, but you're there every time. What gives you the noble spirit to aid quickly, those in calamity? Where there's danger, you're near it. Some may think it's insanity. Day after day you come through, fortunate to make it another night. You are considerate, caring and true. standing for everything that is right. Your humanity is most commendable. Thank God for good people like you, who make living a little more bearable, never getting back what you're due. Why do you bravely risk your life, to save a stranger's like mine? A perplexing question I'd like, someday, an answer to find. ***** Poetic Fanatic ***** Thomas F Crumpler © 2,001 September Written January 18th, 2002 © on Jan 18 2002 03:05 AM PST, Thomas Crumpler 0 • 12
