She Said I Better!
She said I Better! I hear a song on the radio, it really took me back- To a moment, long time ago, when I was thrown off track. Head over hills, so in love, just like a puppy child; Seeking adventure, the world of, times when I was kind of wild. I told her that I loved her, she said to me "you better". I'd given anything I owned of, just to try and get her. Yes her reply made me sigh, after ways I tried to prove- I did not know that each time, closer to her, I'd moved. As we kissed, saying I love her she told me again "you better". Is this a joke she thought of because the grin never left her. I knew so clear, even of then just... something of her way- testing the depths I would go going on only what I might say. We were then... kids in love, yet we've outgrown childish plays.
