~Understanding~

* This is really funny, a total stranger from a different world who spoke a different language reminded me of myself! lol PF ~In God's Eyes, We Are All The Same... people. ~Understanding~ I saw an interesting man today. He was so much unusual to me, a foreigner from over there, who was quite a curious mystery. Waiting at the doctor's office, his family, accompanying him. Just being a good Dad and Spouse. Speaking words of greek to them- For they were joking and laughing, just being like any other group. Then things quietened down again, I was watching, just being a snoop. He had good manners and edicacy, he kept to himself, bugging no one. Funny thing, he never noticed me, waiting for the visit to be done. As I saw him thinking off in space, I asked, what's going on in his mind. I, staring, expressions on his face, pondering life-long clues to find. Because of our language barrier, we did not exchange a single word. He never even caught my observing, yet, many things from him, I heard. He sat, there quietly composed, just thinking away in his chair, contented in his serene repose. one leg, crossed over the other- foot kicking out, a little bit. One of his arms was layed inept, lying weightlessly in his lap, while his right arm was erect; His hand was supporting his chin, he was in the thinker's position, his eyes studying the bright lights that were up there in the ceiling. I saw a peculiar man today, so foreign, but familiar, vaguely. Though a stranger in every way, still in all, he's just like me. Yes, this man I'll never know, the man, that I've never known, did not once even perceive all, the things to me, he has shown. ***** Poetic Fanatic ***** Thomas F.
