If I bared my soul to you What would you say to me? If I poured out all my thoughts Would you hear my words? If I told you how I feel How would you react? And if I spoke right from the heart Would you turn away? If I took a risk on you Would you pay me back? And if I never say a word Will I feel regret?Should the second to last line be "but if I never say a word"? I couldn't choose between the but and and.
