Before I Met You

By RaInAnGeL

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I don't remember who I was before I met you, Tasted your lips, Fell in love, Or smiled from my soul for the very first time. I don't want to remember who I was, Before I held your hand, Or you held me, And I made love to you for the very first time. I don't want to remember who I was before I heard your voice, The sweet soothing sound of your laugh, The crack when you smile, I was never me until I felt it, heard it. Now I'm complete. I don't want to remember who I was, Before the sun touched my face. Showed me love before me, Your soul, Your body, Your grace. I love you.
