Dooms Day 2001

By rananabepublic

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Watching the news and feeling the pain, Foundations of buildings are all that remain. Shattered families and broken hearts The worst question to ask: Is war going to start? Freedom and Humanity have both been attacked. Bush promises justice, for this is a fact. A faceless coward tries to dampen our spirit. The sounds of evil and death, can you hear it? People’s lives are changing, for better or worse, This world as a Hell must be a curse. What did we do to deserve such sorrow? The future will tell, bringing tomorrow.
