My Special Dog
By rebeccajane
I've never had a friend, A friend like you befoe, Who's always glad to see me, When i walk through the door. You never moan or frown, Shout or ask for much, Just glad o be in my company, For a stroke and a loving touch. There are times when all is turmoil, We shout and argue too, You hide away in a corner, With eyes that look so blue. But then when all is quiet, Your head you'll lay on my knee, With eyes that say "don't worry, It's alright, you've got me". I tell you all my troubles, My worries and my woes, You cuddle up beside me, With a lick and a sloppy nose. I've had you from a puppy, Together we have grown, We've run and jumped and rolled about, Such fun we both have known. Your more than just a friend, You're really so much more, I love you, I've never told you, You're my special black Labrodor. Rebecca Jane -------x------ © on Dec 14 2001 12:51 AM PST 0 • 8
