Beckoned

So there you were in my perfect dream, and you were my dream come true, and as I looked deeply into your eyes, I saw a warm inviting glow which beckoned from within, and I held you in my arms, but ever so gently, as not to harm your delicate heavenly wings, upon which to me you flew. and upon high we did soar, up there in those clouds as we danced the night away, with heaven as our floor, our feet never to touch the ground, till the music, it did end, though I wished it never would, so let you go, I did, till once again, we do share a dance, and so much more, I pray.
