Dear Self

By Richard J Sereday Jr

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Dear Self, Did you care? Yes , I cared so very much! Did you show it? Well, maybe not so good. Well then , is it over? Yes, It Sure looks like. Did she find someone else that makes her feel the way she wants to feel? Yes ! Then just give up, it's no use any more. You lost her for good along with your daughter and son. Just give up. It's over!, and you can't do anything, anything in the world about it! Dear Wife, I love you so much but I can see it just doesn't matter. Just have your freedom and a good life . Please take good care of our children. I love you all so much. I will always love you, this was my promise to you long ago. Go ahead and end our marriage if that's what you must do. You know best. I don't know anything, but I love you. Always have, always will. Written July 12th, 1996 © on Oct 12 2001 06:55 AM PST   0 • 1
