Empty dreams

By Richard J Sereday Jr

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Where have you been lately my love? Not in my dreams where you belong, until the day you are by my side. Have you forgotten me or lost your desire, or are you held captive in a place far away? Come back to me, I scream out to you, and love me the way that you use to. I hope you know I would not beg, but only hope and pray for you to come to me in these dreams, until the day you can bring me your flesh so sweet to feed my hunger.
