Here and now

By Richard J Sereday Jr

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Life is like the waters of the river, and we, ducks between its banks, The river forever flows, Its waters, always coming, always going, always here and now for an instant, and then they're gone. At best we should enjoy that which is, here and now. Treasure the memories, dream of what will come, but live the moment we must. Written December 28th, 1996 © on Oct 22 2001 04:24 AM PST   0 • 10
