irony
I was driving down the highway today on my way to work, And a thought, it did occur to me and made me feel a jerk, For thinking things I think that are so plan to see, how could one stare right at them and not be able to see? ~~~~ I saw a Japanese automobile with a American flag on it and it said "United We Stand". That is the motto of the UAW (United Auto Workers) isn't it? That has to be true irony. A patriot who costs us our jobs. He's next, or you, or me. Think about it........ Please! It really does matter. PS. Levi's, you know, the ones with two horse pulling in opposite diretions on a pair of jeans for their logo. That's how tuff they WERE. I had pairs of Levi's last ten years or more. I just took a pair back that were three months old that were falling apart. The clerk said that since they stopped making them in the USA, they were seeing a LOT defective material returns. Just an American who can read the writing on the wall. I try to do my apart as best I can. Ford, GMC, Harley Davidson Written November 2nd, 2001 © on Nov 02 2001 01:35 AM PST 0 • 10
