Love me here

By Richard J Sereday Jr

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Love me here, here and now. love me first, love me most, harder, deeper, stronger, longer, as I try to match you. love who I am, what I am, where I am, why I am, if you can, if you will, with all my faults, perfection eludes me, Know me, understand me, accept me. On a middle ground, meet me as I try to do the same. Love me now, leave me never, in a dream meant to be, come true to me, as I to you, lingering, enduring, prevailing, imperishable All these things in return to you will come, and more.
