No Ho Ho!

By Richard J Sereday Jr

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

It was the day of Christmas and all through my house not a creature was stirring not even a mouse on the chimney I hung no stocking with care for I knew that St. Nick was not coming here just like it was for the last several years no presents from Santa, just those lonely tears I wanted an angel to be sent my way but I guess I'll have to wait for another day I know I was good, this much I can say so where is my angel, please send her my way.
