Speak the words

By Richard J Sereday Jr

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Dare we speak the words so soon that discribe the way we feel, in our hearts, and in our souls, for each one the other? Need we even speak these words, for we already feel the feelings from deep within, when we talk, and when we touch, and when we gaze into each other's eyes. These feelings, they are true for me, as I believe they are for you, undeniably truer than true. The words will come in time, for I want to say them now. Yes they will come in time, in a time all so soon, and we will to each the other say, "I already knew, and I thank God, and I thank you".
