What your not feeling

By Richard J Sereday Jr

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I can feel what your not feeling, it's just so plain to see, the way that you don't reach out, to take ahold of me. the way that you can't take the time, to show me that you care, the way that you're not with me, when I wish that you were there. My heart, it rings resoundingly with an empty hollow sound, I thought that you could fill one day, the place where loves not found, A cold and lonely desolate place, I pray will rise again, I can't, I shouldn't, I won't give up, and I'll win this in the end. But your silence speak much louder, than any words could say. For what you're not saying, says it all. Written July 17th, 2001 © on Oct 17 2001 01:00 AM PST   0 • 10
