Sunny days in safe unknown       Wintry days with grief not shown       A touch of hands       A smile of faces       Nary a show of griefs sad traces       Enjoying of this time called life       Little things should be foremost       Because when it's been lived, loved, lost         That's when we start to know the cost.       To never see a loved one's face       To never even know their place.       Will all the senses I use here?       To know of life from gay to tear       Be what I need to cross the line       and recognize my loved ones' shine?
