Valentine's Poem

By sax angel

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

From the first moment that I saw you, that is when I knew. I had this happy feeling. All my dreams would now come true. You looked at me and smiled with a smile so bright and sweet. It happened in that instant. My heart did skip a beat. Now that we're together, I feel that I've come home. With you here beside me, there's no more need to roam. We have come together beautifully to form this family. I pray that for this lifetime we'll live on happily. And if life's roads should ever lead us far apart, please hasten back to me, for you will always have my heart.Written for a friend to give to his girlfriend this Valentine's Day.
