we never speak- hoping to keep our fragmented selves together our silence has become golden but how can Unexpected enmity overcome solely morbid love? You wear a hot tragedy crown that lights the sky lucid allure absorb tainted love that ringes like bells keeping desire alive our seven shades of happy memories: ushering whispers holding broken love tight our listless hearts stiring and a million unbelievable sights seen we are a undying journey. how we held our love like a dead butterfly never wanting our story to end- seeking desperate confront Although our truth is deceiving it will be found I'm not perfect-I falter too for now we are together but alone and this dead butterfly has to flyThis is a completly revised edition of my earlier poem (I am in a revising streak :) ) and this is the only love poem I have ever written- and the first one of this was worse Written December 30th, 2001 © on Dec 30 2001 02:21 PM PST 10 • 0 • 8
