You taught me what love really is Brought me back into sanity, you helped Me grieve when I lost my friends, you gave me Hope when I needed it most And guarded me from my fears, you Gave me so many lessons, and taught Me how to live and live my own Life without restraint You held me when I cried and Saved me from myself, you showed Me what I needed to see And when I needed to see you most, you Were there for me, you were always There to hold me and wipe my tears When I was crying I needed you then, I still do now. I Cried on your shoulder I laughed at your jokes Would you come back for Just one more day so we could live Like we used to again To run and laugh and be happy again. But Thank you for being there You helped me through my life For without you, I would be dead That is the truth, and thank you.
