That'll Be the Day
By Shashama
Mother Nature wraps her arms around her children Protecting them from harm, from us We destroy, without creating Without caring, or compassion For all the lives that we've ruined Mother Nature does her best To save all of her children From the monsters that we have become Mother Earth tries to help her But she's dying anyway I wish all the creatures and Nature that we're destroying Had lifeboats to escape this sinking ship If I'm alive when the time comes for us to be destroyed You know what I am going to do? I'm gonna laugh For years I have waited for us to all die off So I'll laugh. A good hard laugh...the kind the crazy people do That'll be the dayDon't ask don't ask don't ask....
