A Silent Whisper
By sidewinder
And at night they walked through those dreams touched in an essence varied in time wherein a vision celebrates resigned only in an echo, An echo heard through ages, A silent whisper grasped at by one and all, Those who hold on to the dream live to find all yet nothing, Serenaded through those illusions reawakened by a heartbeat, Touch moment by moment to find a miracle, Fulfilled in complement found only in their eyes, Those pools so deep and inviting, I want to fall, To be swallowed in their depths yet that first step is the hardest, Should I trust? Should I allow myself to be taken once again? Yet.... Nothing ventured, Nothing gained, So let's complete each other like two sides of a mirror entwining, spiraling forever in a dance.
