Becoming Whole
By sidewinder
And the pain cometh heavy, the tears came like the floods And I knew not where I was, all I had was sad memories, No, I wouldn't forget them, I couldn't, For they would haunt me for years to come, The one thing I loved, I felt I had destroyed, But I hadn't, I was coming into a new age, A new learning, A new love, The past didn't matter, And it never would, The present was all that did matter, For here I was living, Growing, Sharing, Loving, In every way that I knew, I was even growing spiritually, Yes, I was becoming whole.
