Came A Stranger
By sidewinder
Through the darkness of the night came a stranger looking for conversation hands held open wide, Eyes wanting friendship, Never with a care in the world, Opening up a piece of a soul, Offerings a good shoulder to cry upon if ever the need arises, Certain to give as well as to take, Traversing life in its bumps and grinds on the road just to see what's on the other side, And living moment to moment held in a breath of a lifetime.
