In Those Silent Tears
By sidewinder
In those silent tears I often wonder where your smile went, Could it be that you long for warm arms that touch in the night? Our youth passed us by so fast, Why did we waste so much time on the unimportant things in life? So now the moment is on us, and we are reaching for those warm sheltered times, The breath of laughter rises like a simple rain, What else can life bring? A tender look from your handsome face, A gentle squeeze from your embrace, a hug so I sleep tight is what I need the most tonight, So let's keep the tenderness that we both seek, And hold our truths forever in completeness rich in the miracle that is met in our eyes.
