Life In Its Journeys
By sidewinder
Tangled in a rose bush where life itself cuts and makes you bleed, Yet... A smile touches your heart and gets you through, Agony may play its part, But if you remember.... It's only temporary, Those bruises never matter, Listen to a child's laughter and see what I see, Look to a couple and touch their love, Rough roads pass on by. Don't forget to smell the roses and enjoy life, For life is to be enjoyed, Yes... Reality takes its turn, But the journey traveled with an open heart reveals so many pleasures, We must not forget to open our eyes.
