Look Beyond The Pages

A stubborn old Capricorn But I'm not the predictable kind, I'm not practical, I'm emotional, You can't stick me behind a 9 to 5 desk, I must write, And no... I don't belong in the city, I'm a country boy at heart, Put a fishing pole in my hand and I'm happy, Yet... I like the Internet, Some say too impersonal, I say... there I can meet friends without being judged, Yet... I'm a walking contradiction, But that's the way it is, Some say I'm a nerd, But the lovable kind, some say a hippy and a radical, So.. I'm opinionated, Is that so wrong? My point is that you can't judge a book by the cover, Look beyond the pages and find what you can. Aug. 12, 2000 Written December 28th, 2001 © on Jun 05 2002 01:28 PM PST, Billy E.
