The Goddess

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

The Goddess had been called by many names, She's been around since the beginning of time, She's been worshiped alot of different ways, She touches in our hearts with love, And she is love, She appears in many different forms, Some believe in her, Some don't, But that's their choice, She comes to you sometimes in dreams, Her magic weaves through many dimensions & many destinies, Some say the old religion is gone, Some say that they've gotten rid of all priestesses, But they're wrong, Because I know for a fact that they are wrong, Some say that magic no longer exists, But they are wrong, For magic exists in the heart & not in the mind, There is an old saying, When the student is ready a teacher will appear, Her students are popping up all over the world, Each with their own understanding, Each with their own magickal beliefs, If you believe with your heart She'll show you magick, When you least expect it a priestess will show up to give you a message, Male & female may believe in The Goddess, To touch upon the veil & see with the heart not eyes, Because the eyes will deceive you but the heart will never, True magick comes from the heart, May The Goddess bless you, May The Goddess bless all that you do, So it is, And so it will be.
