Told Only By A Poet
By sidewinder
Little sister, Where in those dreams do you follow a hearts compassion? Does it justify that tribulation seen only in your eyes? Rage is sometimes met in those who have no other place to go, See with eyes where others are blind, Touch with a heart when others are afraid, Hear those echoes when others refuse to hear, Sensations greet a sunrise within a heart twinkling in the twilight, Yet in this wisdom that I reveal should be met with an open mind and an open heart, So if life's lifetime experiences tell a story, Then moment by moment and decade by decade reveals an epic told only by a poet touched in whispers.
