What Pleases You?

By sidewinder

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

What pleases you? A sudden smile? A whisper only meant for you? A cool night after a hot summer day? A long, loving glance directed your way? Does the memory that is shared vary in the promise of an echo? Or does it disappear like the laughter of a faerie? Some reveal that certain suddenness found in a passion breath in origin, I myself.... look for the experience of the first revelation of love, Can you look in my eyes and see what I see? Let us reach into our souls and find what we both need. Oct. 18, 2000Written February 28th, 2002 © on Feb 28 2002 09:59 AM PST, Billy E. Whitehorn    personal • love
