Within A Cry
By sidewinder
She's lost in a mirror full of reflections, images and promises inside herself, She doesn't know where she's going, But it doesn't matter, She's just looking for herself, A face stares back at her, But it's not one that she knows, It's full of emptiness, Sorrow and woes, Sheltered only in a promise of time, Where is it that a spirit reveals more than what some seek? Those immortal time varied only by a promise of an echo, Yet... in those memories shadows rage in a crescendo and she hears those distant voices, Only to find a miracle made immortal within a cry.
