You Have Inspired Me

You have inspired me, You've touched me with your grace, And the wisdom that has touched us all, Your words have brought tears to my eyes and solace to my heart,                           You speak in rhythms                                                so eloquently,           I try at times to follow you                                        in your journey....         but somehow...                         it does not compare, Nor should it,                  For each that has a journey in words has his or her own,                            Sometimes followed by a surprise that twists and turns its own way,                          You once said that your poems were letters to the world,                          And we as the world appreciate it!                For how can we not                                      appreciate the romance that you've touched?                        I for one...                                    have loved...                                                 and been loved, Still...             a journey remains,                                 Keep touching me with your words              and those dreams                               revealed in the heart of you.
