Is there really a God

Is there really a God? If there is why does he let all this shit happen to us all? Why does he let human kill human....? Why does he let people strap themselves to bombs and walk into crowed areas? Why doesn't he stop these terrible things from happening? Why won't he stop husbands from beating wives, Or Parents from beating children? If there is a God, why won't he help, instead of hurt us...? If there is a God, why doesn't he just stop everything from happening...? If God really does exist why can't he make all people happy...? If he really is up there...why won't he come down and prove himself to the non believers..? If he really wants us to follow in his footsteps then why won't he show us the way...? Why must we all search and search and never find.... If he really wants us up there with him he would help us get there.... Is there really a GOD...?I just want to know your opinion. well ok....i go to church for a safty and security i dont seem to get anywhere else...i dont know why but it just seems to comfort me to be in a place where so meany people can come together as one and sit and pray....i dont know why...but as for the whole "GOD" thing...im not quite so sure about this subject any more...it is all so confusing to me i dont know why...maybe its b/c i have so meany friends with so meany different opinions...
