Mystical Kiss-Part One( A Story)
By Silver Angel
She hovered gracefully above him Her heart pounding, eyes glazed Purest passion burning bright She waited for this day all her lonely life You see, she lived in the Kingdom in the Sky She had never set foot on the earth But she longed to run wild across a wide open field And frolic in shallow springtime streams These were things that were not ever to be For they were merely dreams As she was flying one misty morn A dark shadow caught her eye She dismissed it at first, thinking is was the wind There it is again! Mystified, she flew closer being ever so careful Not to touch the ground, for it she did She'd loose her wings And if she couldn't fly, how was she to get back To her Kingdom in the Sky There is was yet again, but this time she kept Her eyes open and didn't let it leave her sight It has a body simular to her own As quietly as she could, she peeked around the tree And came face to face with a unbelieveably masculine beauty He had eyes the color of the deep blue sea Hair so black it looked blue it was shiny, smooth Every inch of him was perfection She instantly fell in love with him She sensed she had the same effect on him For the second he saw her Visably his breathing had quickened He has seen this green eyed beauty many times And he was also in love with her How could she ever be his When she was of the sky and he of the earth Her mama always told her "If a kiss makes your heart race, go and live In love and grace" she was so confused Because her heart surely was racing So she thought maybe a kiss would clear her mind She hovered gracefully above him Her heart pounding, eyes glazed Purest passion burning brightThis story was inspired by a beautiful picture a found of a white pegasus who was hovering in the sky just inches above a black unicorn who was standing on the earth. If anyone likes this, I'll post part two of this love story. :) Written November 14th, 2001 © on Nov 13 2001 10:32 PM PST 0 • 8
