Enigma

By Spoot

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Glistening black eyes like the midnight sea the mystery of the ocean staring back at me. Secrets like sharks ready to rip you in half hiding in dark waters to leave a bloody aftermath. Laughter like shoals of bright silver fish to hear it more often is just what I wish. Sadness like shadows of deep liquid caves unexplored and endless unable to be saved. And then just eyes again staring into mine I love their enigma utterly they're yours, my love divine.I love Jake's eyes. :) Written February 27th, 2002 © on Feb 27 2002 09:57 AM PST   18 • 0 • 8
