Reborn

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Raindrops pounding onto my head encasing me in opalescent aqua until I see the world through a prism. Prism refracts their personalities, rain washing clean their layers of paint and leaving their true colors exposed. Exposed in the glory of sunlight beautiful people shine through deception washed clean. Clean and reborn by the wash of water, sweet drops peeling away their lies, leaving them pure to start fresh.Rain makes me happy. =D Written March 22nd, 2002 © on Mar 22 2002 11:05 AM PST   10 • 0 • 12
