hearts

its a frightened heart that can't see beyond the fear to meet the eyes that hold it dear its a cold heart that purposely walks away when those eyes shed their tears its a kind heart that will always return to give a comforting shoulder its a lonely heart that pines for a friendly voice to echo through the painful silence and its my heart that has run through this cycle far too often Written January 15th, 2002 © on Jan 15 2002 12:51 PM PST    0 • 10
