setting sun
By StaryEyed1
in glory of the sun's passage rays of brilliant rainbows shine in their final glory the warm evening air feels cool in comparison with my skin my core colors my aura with the red of my hot restlessness unlike the sun, i have no purpose i am fueled with energy yet, upon finding no outlet my energy fuels my emptiness the true purpose of life was lost in the passing of time so confusion is what i look forward to in every useless travel but content for the moment to blind my vision in crimson brilliance i wallow in the husk that is me rocking in tune with the universal clock just ticking my life away Written January 15th, 2002 © on Jan 15 2002 01:56 PM PST 0 • 10
