While Falling
Crawl back from the darkness, blinded by the light. I have gone the furthest, into the unforgiving night. Tears have formed a river ,of shattered hopes and dreams. Feel my body shiver, like a haunted thought it seems. Smell the beautiful scent, of life yet to come. Words spoken to me meant, are fragments of only one. Troubled past brings troubled thought, strangling the feeling. The lessons that were recently taught, are losing all of their meaning. Fear the ground that welcomes pain, with little chance of love. Face the thought that stays the same, of falling from above. Soon I'll understand it all, every thought and tear. Can the rise replace the fall? Is the ground so very near?
