Yule Be Sorry

By SubwayBoi

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Christmas carols, Blasting in my ears. Roasting chestnuts, Least of all my cares. Santa Clauses, Marching down the street. Winter snowflakes, Freezing up my feet. Children singing, Will they ever stop? Blinking lights that Never touch my heart. Malls are packed with People buying shit. I just can't tell What to make of it. Why bother with Such a lame past time? Giving, giving, When will I get mine? Gifts are given, Often without thought. People won't get What they really want. So I beg you, Listen to me please. This past time is Nothing more than cheese. Give up all your, Christmas sentiment. Go and find your Own good merriment. Now we end this, Holiday story. Change your ways or, Yule be sorry.
