Buried Alive
Buried Alive! The dry dead leaves crunched beneath his feet As the setting sun and the tall trees meet Casting long dark shadows, as he went on On his empty face no remorse was shown Toting his burden, his steps were sure Cradled like a baby, wrapped in a tarp He carried it with ease and never once stopped Even with the shovel resting on top Finding a clearing ,near a oak tree He drops his gruesome bundle, to the ground It rolls and it moves but he does not see He so busy digging the grave, almost with glee With the grave dug, he pushes in the body at last Quickly refilling the earth now its getting so dark As he walks away he never hears the faint bark Of some ones pet he hit, driving dangerously too fast!
