Take just one moment

By TaraKM

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

What if for one moment, Dreams would fade into reality, And night would fade into day, And the oceans would meet at the sky, And what if for one moment, We could all live our dreams, They would become us, Make us and guide us, And what if for one moment, We could see through the eyes of a child, See through the wonderous eyes of a child, Where everything would seem bountiful and endless, And what if for one moment, Imagination would encircle the world, And the sweat bitter tunes within our heart, Would allow us to extend beyond what bounds us, And what if for one moment, Eternal love was all that guided us, And it took us toward a path of greatness, In a journey toward our dreams, Then the angels would meet the sky, And the clouds would become light, And we could see all that we adhere too, And become one with binds to this earth, Then in that moment, Yes, for just one moment, Imagination would rule the world, And dreams would take on reality.
