A Seedling's Birthday
A tiny seed flowing through life's tunnel, Look, Ma! No trouble! I sloooooooooooooowly glide Taking my old sweet time, no rush...my time I bide. I hear a cry and a blue light beckoning me And arms outstretched like a banner The room with the blue walls greets me warmly I can see A face with a broad nose smiling... and the voice of a lady wailing.. Ma, I've come to the end of the tunnel now, What the hay?! OUCH! Wow! That smarts!!!! Somebody smacked my bottoms red! That's not fair, Ma! What's happening? The man with the bald head Just slapped my tushy! Woa! What's this soft pillow I am lying on? I am liking this, It feels like heaven--Jamborie! Hello Mom! I am your lil bundle, The one who for nine months has been living rent free Whom Mother nature just evicted, kicking me out via this blessed canal.
