A Valentine From God...
The snow fell down like silent tear drops From a scarlet sky, Covering with a white blanket a field of snowdrops. A sudden chill frosted my eyelashes and made me realize The beauty and wonder of nature On this one cold, snowy afternoon in mid January. My cheeks glowed a crimson colour As I felt the snowflakes descending softly upon my face, I saw a hand divine in this ancient splendour... As I felt God's pre-season Valentine of creamy Chantilly lace, Falling silently like angels' wings kissing my nose and covering my head like a white woolen bonnet.. Winter has this magical effect, going unnoticed by passers-by Who neglect to see the real beauty of God's design And fail to see the lovely picturesque scene of a winter's day...
