Incandescent..

By The Golden Pen

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Alive, Blazin' with a fury.. With golden yellow eyes that burns through any metal. Hot as the coals of Hell whose candidates must walk through without mercy. Transfiguring, purifying and consuming... Reducing everything to ashes and charcoal.. a symbol of death and destruction, engulfing all within its path Yet a symbol of life in all its glory.. Loving, nurturing, yet angrily devouring anyone who dares laugh at its wrath! Mary Gonzalez (c)2002 Written January 27th, 2002 © on Jan 27 2002 12:19 AM PST, Mary Aris   0 • 13
